Janet has been a licensed Realtor serving the greater Southern California area for over 21 years while maintaining a membership with both the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. She also specializes in Short Sale Foreclosures properties. Prior to real estate, Janet’s career focused on digital technology which now provides her with the background and knowledge to leverage her services to her clients. She is a strong negotiator and is able to promote and represent her buyers' and sellers' needs seamlessly while upholding the highest levels of professionalism and expertise throughout the entire transaction process. Janet is the total package when it comes to selling, staging, and buying homes, all while providing financial solutions to assist buyers in affording their dream homes. 

In addition to being a top-producing realtor, wife, and mother, Janet is also a Councilwoman in the city of La Palma, a community advocate who is actively involved in local events that give back to the public. She has adapted to the changing environment to successfully coordinate and execute virtual events and fundraisers given these unprecedented times of COVID-19.
